Where can I find your shop?

What kind of Postcards do you sell

All kinds of postcards – both used and unused! I usually have 5,000+ postcards in stock at any given time. From artwork and animals to tourist postcards, my shop has something for everyone. Check out the gallery to see some examples.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! I’m happy to help you find the perfect set for any occasion. To get started, visit surprisepostcards.etsy.com and click on the “request custom order” button.

Shipping and Processing Times

What countries do you ship to?

I ship postcards to the US and Canada. For US orders this includes PO, APO, and DPO boxes. If you’d like to order postcards from outside the US or Canada, please contact me

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via USPS. All orders include tracking and are sent in protective bubble mailers.

How quickly will my order arrive?

For US Orders:
In general, your order should arrive within 4-6 business days. Check the estimated delivery dates that Etsy provides, which takes distance and carrier delays into account. You can choose to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping for $6.50. This typically shortens delivery times by 1-2 days.

For Canadian Orders:
Most deliveries take about 2 weeks. This can vary depending on how long it takes customs to process your package. Orders to Canada ship via USPS international first-class mail, which includes tracking. Please be aware that you may owe customs or import duties.

How can I track my order?

You can find your tracking number by visiting Etsy -My Orders. You can track your order directly on the Etsy website, or on usps.com

Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

You can return your item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, buyer assumes responsibility for any loss in value. Refunds are processed once I receive the returned items.

What if there’s a problem with my order?
